Rosenrod (Rhodiola Rosea)

Undersøgelser viser, at rosenrod kan nedsætte udmattelse. Rosenrod forbedrer ikke koncentrationsevnen direkte, men det gør at du kan koncentrere dig i længere tid uden at blive udmattet.  Desuden viser undersøgelser vi har fundet også,  at Rosenrod kan formindske stress og udbrændthed.

Gotu Kola kan have en positiv effekt på hjernens funktion (Kognition). Tilskuddet er hovedsageligt undersøgt hos  ældre personer eller hos personer, der lider af kognitiv nedsat funktionsevne.
